Really enjoyed this! The chicken thighs were juicy and the flavor was on point. Do agree with the other reviewers that some more veggies would be nice, maybe some bell peppers and onions. Also maybe an option with cauliflower rice to bring the carbs down a bit.
This is our family's favorite new dish in the rotation! We love it!
It’s pretty good I could go for more beans and another veggie would be a good addition.
