Eat Well customers now order from Vibrant Meals, and eatwellnashville.com redirects to this site. Older posts on our journal still carry the Eat Well name.

We cook in extra-virgin olive oil, ghee, tallow or butter, never seed oils. The flour tortilla in our wraps is the one bought-in exception (our food philosophy).
