At Vibrant Meals, we make it easy to manage your meal subscription.
## Managing Your Subscription
If you have an active subscription, you may:
- Pause future deliveries
- Skip scheduled deliveries
- Update your meal selections
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your billing or payment information
- Cancel your subscription at any time
These changes can be made by logging into your customer account at https://myvibrantmeals.com.
## Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, subscription cancellations or changes must be completed before the applicable order cutoff time shown in your account.
If a cancellation request is submitted after the cutoff, your upcoming order may already be in production and cannot be canceled. Any cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle.
## Orders Already in Production
Once an order has entered production or has been processed for shipment or delivery, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
