Delicious - much better than expected.
We have a steam cover and use a "reheat" option on our microwave. It's great that you use GF pasta! That's a preferred for our diet.
Although this meat version is good, it's actually even better to have the meatless version.
We will toast a bakery bun in the toaster, add some butter and garlic powder, and have a yummy quickie garlic bread on the side.
My son loves the breakfast burritos y'all make. He thought there were none better when having the sausage version, until he tried this steak version!
For this dish, I plan ahead and make a pita sandwich out of it. I get the pita ahead of time, then put the lovely falafel in my oven's air fry setting, with a light spray of olive oil to crisp it up.
The salad and sauce goes right into the pita with the crispy falafel. A small lunchtime project, but it's yummy!
This was very well done! Amazing flavors, tender meat, yummy veg, and the sauce was WOW. I will order this one regularly. It's at the top of my favorites list :-)
I was skeptical about this meal, but the meat was tender and all of the food (meat, potatoes, and aspagus) were very flavorful - definitely recommend!
Bf and I both loved it! I love anything with avocado and the meal has great flavor- I just had to make mine a little more spicier but great job!

I was nervous there wouldn’t be enough sauce but it’s perfect! Very tasty and filling.
I am a long-time customer, and this has perhaps been my favorite Vibrant Meal!! I love salmon anyway, but topped with the pesto was a nice touch, and paired with the jasmine rice really made my taste buds happy!!
